BANG BANG STEAK AND SHRIMP

Ingredients:

For the Steak and Shrimp:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Steak
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked through. Remove from heat.
