Ingredients:

Broccoli florets from 2 heads of broccoli
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream for serving
2 tablespoons chopped scallions

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).

Prepare the Broccoli:

Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer

Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.
