Strawberry Pretzel Delight
Ingredients:
For the Crunchy Pretzel Crust:

2 cups crushed pretzels 🥨
¾ cup melted butter 🧈
3 tablespoons sugar 🍬
For the Creamy Cheese Layer:

1 cup sugar 🍬
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 🧀
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip) 🍦
For the Strawberry Bliss Layer:

2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin (Jell-O) 🍓
2 cups boiling water 💧
1 (16 oz) package frozen strawberries, sliced 🍓
Instructions:
Prepare the Crunchy Pretzel Crust:
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form an even crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
Prepare the Creamy Cheese Layer:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
Prepare the Strawberry Bliss Layer:

In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Let the gelatin mixture cool to room temperature.
Stir in the sliced frozen strawberries.
Carefully pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Chill and Serve:



Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
