Caprese Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
Fresh ciabatta or baguette, sliced in half
Fresh mozzarella slices
Tomato slices
Fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Drizzle the inside of your ciabatta or baguette halves with olive oil and a bit of balsamic glaze.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Layer the slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato on the bottom half of the bread.
