Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:

For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven’s broiler.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden brown. Be careful not to overcook.
Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and white wine (if using) and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the chopped parsley.
Serve:

Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the broiled lobster tails.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Enjoy your elegant and indulgent Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails, perfect for a gourmet dinner or special occasion
