Lamb Gyros 
*Ingredients:
1 pound of lamb meat, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pita breads
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

*Instructions:

*Marinate the Lamb:
In a bowl, mix the lamb strips with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

*Cook the Lamb:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated lamb and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

*Prepare the Sauce:
In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, diced cucumber, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a refreshing tzatziki sauce.

*Warm the Pita:
Gently warm the pita breads in a dry skillet for a minute on each side until they’re soft and pliable.

*Assemble the Gyros:
Lay the warm pita on a plate. Add a generous portion of cooked lamb, followed by diced tomato, red onion slices, and a scoop of tzatziki sauce.

*Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a burst of flavor. Fold the pita over the filling and enjoy your delicious lamb gyros!
