Ultimate Breakfast Burrito Recipe ๐ฏ
Start your day off right with this hearty and satisfying breakfast burrito, packed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and wrapped in a warm tortilla. It’s the perfect on-the-go breakfast that will keep you energized all morning!
Ingredients:
6 large eggs ๐ฅ
6 strips of bacon ๐ฅ
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ๐ง
1/2 cup diced onions ๐ง
1/2 cup diced bell peppers ๐ถ๏ธ
2 tablespoons butter or oil ๐ง
4 large flour tortillas ๐ฏ
Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง
Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish ๐ฟ
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Sautรฉ the Veggies:
In the same skillet, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sautรฉ until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
