Red Lentil Burgers
Ingredients:
1. Red lentils: 300 g
2. Water (enough to cover the lentils)
3. Carrot: 1
4. Parsley: 1 teaspoon
5. Garlic: 1 clove
6. Small onion: 1
7. Sweet paprika: 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cover the red lentils with water and let them soak for an hour.
2. Drain the lentils and put them in a blender.
3. Add the carrot, parsley, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper to the blender.
4. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
5. Form the mixture into burgers, about 120 grams each.
6. Cook the burgers in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Accompanying Sauce
Ingredients:
1. Mayonnaise: 50 g
2. Sour cream: 50 g
3. Sweet and spicy sauce: 20 ml
4. A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sweet and spicy sauce.
2. Add a pinch of salt and mix until smooth.
