Ingredients:

8-10 egg roll wrappers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced jalapeños (choose fresh for more kick or pickled for milder taste)
6 slices of bacon, cooked to crispy perfection and crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to your liking
Oil for frying
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping


Let’s Roll & Fry:

Mix It Up: In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
