Peach Cobbler Cupcakes Recipe 
These Peach Cobbler Cupcakes are a delightful treat, combining the flavors of classic peach cobbler with a soft and fluffy cupcake. They’re topped with a sweet streusel and a touch of cinnamon for that perfect cobbler feel!
Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped peaches (fresh or canned, drained if using canned)


For the Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Cinnamon Glaze (Optional):
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:
Prepare the Cupcakes:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped peaches.
Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Prepare the Streusel Topping:
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Peach Cobbler Cupcakes

Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the top of each cupcake batter.
Bake the Cupcakes:
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
