Cheesy Bacon Chicken Tacos

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Season and Cook the Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
Warm the Tortillas: While the chicken rests, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, about 30 seconds per side, until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Tacos: Divide the sliced chicken among the tortillas. Top each with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Melt the Cheese: Place the assembled tacos back into the skillet or under the broiler just until the cheese melts.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve hot!
